Cordoba + La Costancia Estancia | Argentina | The Lost Asian

Thanksgiving weekend. In the end, we decided a  7 hours drive to Cordoba sounded less stressful than the 10+ hours to Mendoza: we missed out eating at Chef Mun‘s new venue.

Dropped our bags at the beautiful Azur Real Boutique Hotel, and wander around the city centre, hanging out at Casa Tomada.

Dinner. Made a reservation at San Honorato restaurant, located in a quiet neighborhood, with one of the most memorable restaurant ambiance, beautiful selections of wines at their wine cellar. The highlight was the wine cellar experience, not so much the actual food.

La Constancia. The highlight of our trip, and our favorite horseback riding experience. This crazy 5k drive up the mountain, lead us to a 3 generation family-owned property that comes with a boutique stay – combining with home cooked food, farmlands and animals, waterfalls, rivers, and endless mountain range views. Their rooms are beautiful, and comes with your own balcony. I forgot to mention: their pool is streamed from the rivers.

Food pictures!  I love knowing that every bite I put in my mouth, are all sourced from their farm. The dishes: simply prepared, delicious, and their desserts are addictive.
